I don't use any preservatives and use only the best quality ingredients, sourced locally wherever possible. I don't use any ingredients you can't find in a household kitchen.

All my baked goods best served at room temperature unless otherwise specified. Keep in the fridge if they contains fresh cream.

I bake all my products the night before postage days which are currently Mondays and Wednesdays. Orders placed between 12pm Sundays and 12pm Tuesdays will be posted out that week. Any orders placed after 12pm on a Tuesday move to the next week's orders.

I'll notify you when your treats have been posted.

All my shop online products are posted out Royal Mail First Class Standard Delivery. Normally, this takes 1 to 2 days, but in busy times it may take a little longer. But don't worry—your treats are good to eat for up to 10 days.
