Heart shaped lambeth cakes are some of our popular cakes and these are now available to order via the website.
Please only order these if you are in or around Sheffield for our local delivery within a 10 mile radius of S20 area of Sheffield. Evenings and a few select day time slots are currently available for local delivery.
Please note that accidental orders to areas outside delivery zone will be refunded immediately.
 
The heart shaped vintage style cake currently comes in one size. An 8 inch wide heart cake and about 4-5 inches deep. Two layers of sponge filled with a silky swiss meringue buttercream.
 
This cake will serve about 20 people based on 2”x1”serving slices. Please note that this may not be necessarily always accurate and acts as a rough guide.
 
Your heart sponge cake will be decorated with beautiful buttercream vintage style piping and as shown in some of the photos, colours of your choice.
Happy birthday inscriptions can be added at your request.
 
Prices start from £70 for a deep 8 inch wide drip cake feeding up to 20 people based on 2”x1” slices.
 
We need at least 48 hours notice for this service. Please select delivery time and date at checkout.

    Please note at least 2 days notice is required for any cakes purchased through the website.

    Delivery date can be selected at checkout please choose the 'local delivery' for cakes option which will bring up available dates and times, THE DATE AND TIME  OPTION ONLY COMES UP IF YOUR POSTCODE IS IN THE DELIVERY RADIUS,  (i.e within 10 miles of s20 8gf). If you are not in delivery radius, delivery and date option will not appear, this means we have no delivery facility to your area just yet, please accept our apologies.

  • Ingredients

    Ingredients as shown on individual packaging.

    Sponge cakes contain wheat (gluten), Butter (dairy), eggs, milk (dairy). Chocolate may contain Soya.

    Vegan cakes are made WITHOUT eggs and dairy.

    Please note that Our kitchen handles allergens such as Wheat (gluten), eggs, dairy and nuts, therefore, cross contamination may be possible.

    Please be aware of this in case of severe allergies.

    Vanilla Cake

    Vanilla sponge layer cake filled and frosted with swiss meringue buttercream,can be made with a jam and buttercream filling upon request.

    Vegan Vanilla cake

    Vegan vanilla sponge made without eggs and dairy. Filled and frosted with a vegan buttercream using flora plant butter or alternative such as naturli and egg free icing sugar. Vegan Buttercream outer colour of your choice. Vegan chocolate drip will be used for the drip. Great option for dairy and egg free cake lovers!

    Chocolate cake

    Chocolate sponge filled with a chocolate buttercream and frosted with buttercream outer colour of your choice. White chocolate drip coloured to match your colour of choice or milk/dark chocolate drip.

    Chocolate vegan cake

    Chocolate vegan sponge made without eggs and dairy filled with a vegan chocolate buttercream and frosted with vegan buttercream, outer colour of your choice. Finished with a Vegan chocolate drip.

    Oreo Cake

    Decadent Vanilla oreo sponge cake filled with a rich oreo crumb buttercream. Covered with oreo crumb buttercream topped with oreo biscuits as shown in photo. Milk or dark chocolate drip can be used,state your preference.

    We don't use any ingredients you can't find in a household kitchen.Cake boxes that your cakes are delivered in are fully recyclable!

  • Best served

    All cakes are baked fresh to order. Sponge Cakes are decadent and tasty as they are handmade and may vary slightly in appearance each time as a result. Please see cutting guide attached for idea on what size to order.

    All my baked cakes are best served at room temperature unless otherwise specified.

    Cakes should be refrigerated and removed from refrigerator at least an hour or two before serving to allow the sponge to bounce back from being chilled.
